BnB Information & Reservation Policies
- Check-in: Rooms are available from 1 PM.
- Check-out: self-service by 10 a.m. Leave the keys on the desk in the main entrance.
- The tourist tax is separate and must be left in cash in the room at check-in (€2.50 per person per day)..
- There are two keys for access to the building. One is for the building and the other is for the apartment. You will also find a magnetic card that allows you to open the door to your room by placing it near the magnetic reader on the side of the door.
- To turn on the light, use the white magnetic card and insert it into the slot near the door.
- The magnetic card must be removed from its slot every time you leave the room and TAKEN with you as it is NECESSARY to open the room.
- Wi-Fi password: inside the wardrobe door.
- Kitchen: can be booked exclusively at a cost of €5 per day (please leave it clean after use by running the dishwasher).
- Daily cleaning from 11 a.m. onwards during the months of June – September.
- Common area under video surveillance.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
- Please note: This property does not have an elevator due to its location in a historic 19th-century building.
